We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our client base in the marine and oil & gas sectors. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and positioning our company as a trusted vendor with ship managers and marine service companies.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine and oil & gas industries in calibration, testing and repair work scope.
Register the company as an approved vendor with ship management companies and other relevant organizations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with shipowners, managers, and marine service companies.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders in line with client requirements.
Negotiate contracts and ensure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and services.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategy.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of business development activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
