As part of the Business Development team you will help identify, qualify, pursue and help win strategic and tactical new business. You will oversee business development initiatives and guide them from the lead phase through close. The role is focused in Singapore, but with a path to grow and contribute regionally.

We are fortunate to partner with forward-thinking clients, including most of the region's banks, insurance, government, telco and more. The credentials you would be working with are:

● A world class research, design, and creative team with ample recognition in the region

● A strong design and engineering portfolio of projects and programs (like Mobile Banking, and Global Websites) delivered for dozens of the regions largest enterprise clients, particularly in Banking, Insurance, Telco, and Government The role is wide-ranging and challenging - you'll be an active and important part of supporting our ongoing growth. You'll work directly with our leadership and regional leads and alongside other members of our supportive and fun-loving business development team.

Key Responsibilities

● Work closely with the business leadership, Design and Engineering teams to manage the response to large strategic RFP's and proactive opportunities.

● Lead relationships with Alephs strategic partners technology platform partners like Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, AWS, Azure, as well as banking specifi c platforms such as Backbase, Temenos, Thoughtmachine, and others.

● Drive the day to day pipeline operations, from ensuring the CRM is up to date to triaging and managing inbound leads.

● Help defi ne and manage the new business process for Singapore

● Identify growth opportunities and proactively pursue new client opportunities.

● Manage and qualify inbound requests.

● Handle approaches, follow ups and tracking of new business leads.

● Help lead cred/pitch meetings.

● Help complete RFPs and RFIs.

● Coordinate with the Global Business team on inbound lead routing and cross office pitches.

● Coordinate and help manage internal pitch process Help lead internal new business meetings and processes.

● Help keep the executive team informed of the business development pipeline and status.

● Be an advocate for Aleph, its ways and philosophies to new clients.

● Keep up to date on latest market shifts and trends.

● With as a result, sustainable adding of net new clients / logos to the Aleph portfolio in Singapore

Prerequisites

● 5+ years of experience in a digital agency environment is a plus, specifically in a business development, client services or strategy function.

● A detailed understanding of the business development process, tools and deliverables generally required.

● Proven ability to manage senior relationships with prospective clients and partners from fi rst meeting through deal completion.

● Proven ability to present and communicate clearly to perspectives, internal teams and existing clients.

● Keen on exploring new opportunities and technologies in AI and keeping uptodate.
