Business Development Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Management. This candidate is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities local and overseas while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic leader with excellent communication and negotiation skill who can effectively manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.

Job Description:

Senior Managerial Operations & Strategic Business Transformation

Financial & Operational Rick Management: Lead strategic initiatives for business improvement, including the expeditious recovery of outstanding receivables (AR management) and the rigorous re-evaluation of corporate assets to optimize the balance sheet and cash flow.

Strategic Business Continuity & Infrastructure

Direct the long-term project to identify and secure a new operational base, ensuring seamless business continuity and infrastructure readiness for heavy machinery logistics.

Robotics Transformation (RX) & Market Leadership

Drive the adoption of advanced construction robotics Singapore's labor shortage and enhance workplace safety.

Knowledge Transfer & Leadership

Provide technical mentorship to local teams, transferring specialized RX Machinery knowledge and operational best practices acquired from the Japanese headquarters.

Knowledge of operate Tawa Remo (Tower crane remote controller) with Tower Crane License

Preparing written reports & present Oral report in Japanese

Fluent in Japanese (write, speak & read etc.)
