The Business Development Manager Travel Solutions is responsible for strategic cooperation and expansion with airlines and ticket agents in overseas regions such as Singapore, Japan and South Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe, and Australia, introducing Antom's core global merchant account capabilities, building a global distribution coverage network, promoting the in-depth implementation of distribution innovation technologies in agent channels, and helping the air travel industry's digital transformation.

Responsibility:

1. Regional Strategy Formulation and Execution

  • Develop expansion strategies for key markets such as Japan and South Korea, Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America, clearly defining target airlines and agent lists, cooperation models, and priority rankings;
  • Deep dive into regional market trends, competitive landscapes, and core agent needs, and combine Antom's product capabilities to deliver customized cooperation plans to drive regional business breakthroughs.

2. Airline Agent Cooperation Expansion

  • Develop head agent resources: Lead cooperation negotiations and signing with global OTAs, large wholesalers, chain travel agencies, and innovative distribution platforms to rapidly expand core channel coverage;
  • Drive technology implementation and capability upgrades: Guide agents to access Antom's global merchant accounts, connect to new distribution platforms, overcome technical integration challenges, and realize the implementation of new distribution capabilities such as dynamic packaging and personalized pricing;
  • Build long-term partnerships: Design tiered commission policies, joint marketing programs, and data sharing mechanisms to continuously enhance agent collaboration stickiness and business contribution;

3. Cross-regional collaboration and ecosystem building

  • Collaborate with various industry ecosystem service providers to enrich cooperation models, incubate multiple access channels for airlines and agents, and establish a virtuous cycle ecosystem;
  • Coordinate with the market team to plan regional joint promotion activities (such as Double 11 shopping festival, cross-border travel festival, route launch season, etc.), activate channel potential, and increase overall sales.

4. Data-driven and Performance Management

  • Monitor key indicators such as regional sales data, service usage penetration rate, and ancillary service revenue, and iterate cooperation strategies based on data insights;
  • Regularly produce market insight reports to provide decision support for airline product optimization and pricing strategy adjustments.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above; a major in aviation management, marketing, international trade, or related fields is preferred;
  • More than 5 years of experience in cross-border air travel industry business development, with successful case studies of cooperation with top OTA/TMC/airline agents, and a network of cooperation resources with top agents in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Southeast Asia, Europe, Australia, North America, and other regions;
  • Proficient in the distribution models of overseas airlines (including full-service airlines and low-cost carriers), with a deep understanding of the channel strategies and cooperation logic of different types of airlines;
  • In-depth understanding of GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Travelport) and NDC technical standards and implementation processes, capable of efficiently driving technical integration and product implementation;
  • Possesses excellent cross-team collaboration, business negotiation, and resource integration capabilities, strong stress resistance, and adaptable to the pace of global business expansion;
  • Candidates with practical experience in airline sales payment products and distribution technology products are preferred.
