Job Description

I am looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager trainee. As a manufacturer of machine tools and accessories, the company seeks a professional to lead strategic initiatives aimed at expanding market presence and driving revenue growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing and maintaining key client relationships, and developing proposals that align with corporate objectives. Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential to ensuring long-term business success

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead-generation efforts.

2. Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to support long-term business growth.

3. Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches aligned with client needs and company objectives.

4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

5. Monitor business performance to ensure efficient execution and strategic alignment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

1. Market analysis and opportunity identification.

2. Lead generation, sales process management, and contract negotiation.

3. Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

4. Strategic planning and execution of business growth initiatives.

5. Relationship building and client account management.

6. Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.

7. Proposal, presentation, and tender preparation skills.

8. Data interpretation, reporting, and performance tracking.

9.Financial and commercial acumen for pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.

Duration of Traineeship/Attachment Offered -6 months

Mature Mid Career Individuals - $2,800

This Position is open for mid career individuals (Mature, 40 years and above).
