Job Summary
A fast-growing AI consultancy is looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead sales efforts across the Financial Services sector in Asia-Pacific and Japan. This role is ideal for someone passionate about AI-driven transformation, with a strong track record in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Generate qualified sales opportunities, targeting financial services enterprises.
- Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales process from first contact to close.
- Strategic Outreach: Launch multi-channel campaigns targeting senior decision-makers.
- Partnership Development: Build and grow partner channels, contributing to joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Market Intelligence & Pre-Sales: Identify emerging AI opportunities, collaborate with engineering teams, and lead proposal and contract processes.
- Sales Operations: Maintain accurate CRM data, provide reliable forecasts, and ensure seamless handover to delivery teams
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales within the Financial Services sector in Asia-Pacific & Japan is a must.
- At least 5-7 years of experiences in AI / ML solutions or technology consulting.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Systematic thinker with a client-centric and collaborative approach.
- Fluent in English.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Ability to meet activity metrics and maintain high forecast accuracy.
