Job Summary

Tata Technologies seeks a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead aerospace sales in Singapore. The role requires expertise in aerospace sales, client engagement, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management and solution-based selling.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new aerospace business opportunities across MROs, OEMs, and Tier 1/2 suppliers to expand market presence
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for engineering and digital solutions to capture new clients and markets
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, industry events, and targeted outreach activities
  • Lead proposal development, pricing strategy formulation, and contract negotiations to secure profitable deals
  • Manage and grow strategic accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue
  • Serve as the primary client contact to ensure stakeholder satisfaction, retention, and long-term relationship building
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and realization of client value
  • Drive account planning, conduct quarterly business reviews, and develop long-term client engagement strategies

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Aerospace sales with a mix of hunting and farming responsibilities.
  • Understanding of aerospace market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies
  • Experience working with global, ASEAN, and Singapore aerospace clients to tailor solutions effectively
  • Familiarity with Tata Technologies service portfolio to align offerings with client needs
  • Exposure to digital technologies such as Industry 4.0, IoT, AI, and sustainability initiatives in aerospace
  • Skills in technical sales, lead generation, go-to-market planning, customer requirement capturing, solutioning, costing, and gross profit management
  • Experience in demand generation, customer relationship management, and competitive tracking
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis
  • Ability to develop account plans, compose proposals, deliver presentations, and organize customer events
  • Awareness of legal terms and conditions and risk management in contract negotiations
