Business Development Manager

Your Impact & Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the face of AAC, blending data-driven strategy with authentic relationship building.

  • Strategic Growth: Identify and spearhead new opportunities to drive revenue and market share in the competitive higher education landscape.
  • Partnership Architecture: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing network of student recruitment agencies across Singapore, Southeast Asia, and North Asia.
  • Market Intelligence: Dive deep into demographics, pricing trends, and competitor analysis to keep AAC at the forefront of the industry.
  • Global Representation: Travel to key regional markets and attend international trade shows to champion the AAC brand.
  • Digital Innovation: Collaborate on cutting-edge digital marketing strategies to reach the modern, mobile-first student.

Package / Benefits

. Basic Salary of S$3,000 to S$5,000 /month

. Variable Commissions of S$1,000 to S$3,000 /month

. 14 days Annual Leave & 14 days Sick Leave

. Medical bill claims

. On-the-job training provided by an experienced sales staff

. 5-day work week, Monday to Friday (9 AM - 6 PM) SGT

. Centrally located in the Business District area (Bugis)

Note: The commission quoted is an average range there is no limit to how much you can earn as commissions.

Requirements

. Fluent in English

. Driven and hungry for success. He/she must be resourceful and have a positive mindset

. Basic Sales experience with Excellent communication skills.

. Digital marketing experience and knowledge will be advantageous.

. Ability to create and deliver Presentations and Proposals.

. Prior experience in the education industry will be an advantage.

. Having connections with China's educational sectors will be an advantage.
