Business Development Manager

We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth by expanding our merchant market and promoting our payment solutions. This role reports directly to the Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Target specific market segments (particularly mid-market) aligned with management's strategy and direction.
• Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Deliver assigned business targets through proactive sales and business development activities.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
• Follow up on inbound sales leads from the marketing department, events, trade shows, and other sources.
• Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (preferably in payment solutions or fintech).
• Proven track record of achieving business targets and building strong client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
