Key Responsibilities:
- Develops sales plans, strengthens customer relationships and insures market objectives are met.
- Attains or exceeds revenue targets.
- Schedules regular agent and customer visits.
- Develops new customers, identifies customer needs and presents sales solutions.
- Maintains contact with existing customers to facilitate new sales and repeat contracting for existing business.
- Develops sales presentation and material consistent within business units.
- Provides competitor information to management.
- Collects prioritized product/service requirements and communicates them to Product team.
- Support solution to do supplier sourcing relevant job, like local supplier negotiation and daily management.
- Account Management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of comprehensive technical, direct sales and marketing experience for the E- commence Logistics sector.
- Consultative selling experience.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to make complex decisions and customer commitments in real time.
- Ability to build strong relationships with 3PL.
- Ability to effectively promote the use of the company's technology with potential clients.
- Ability to both develop and close opportunities.
- Strong team player and experience working with all levels of the organization.
