Business Development Lead – Core Banking & Smart Factory

LG CNS, a leading IT services and consulting firm within LG Group, is expanding its Digital Transformation practice across Banking and Manufacturing in Singapore and APAC. We are seeking a high-impact Business Development Lead to drive growth in Core Banking and Smart Factory (Industry 4.0, AI, IoT) domains.

Role Summary

Own end-to-end business development across Banking and Manufacturing sectors. Drive opportunity creation, shape winning solutions with architecture and delivery teams, and convert advisory engagements into large-scale transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and execute go-to-market strategy for Banking and Smart Factory

- Identify, qualify, and pursue opportunities with banks, and manufacturers in Singapore

- Build and manage C-level relationships (CIO/CTO/CDO, Head of Transformation, Plant/Operations Leaders)

- Lead pre-sales: solution positioning, proposals, commercials, and deal structuring

- Translate technical capabilities (microservices, service mesh, data/AI, IoT) into business value (ROI, efficiency, risk reduction)

- Drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets across both verticals

- Collaborate with global delivery teams (Korea, India, Singapore) to shape differentiated solutions

- Position LG CNS as a strategic partner for Banking transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

- 12–18 years in business development, consulting, or sales in Banking and/or Manufacturing

- Strong understanding of core banking transformation and/or smart factory/Industry 4.0 solutions

- Experience selling large-scale IT/consulting programs (cloud, data, AI, platforms)

- Ability to connect architecture to business outcomes (cost reduction, productivity, resilience)

- Established network in Singapore market preferred

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

- Experience working in global delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with core banking platforms (Temenos, Finacle) and/or MES, IoT, AI platforms

- Exposure to cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures

- Track record of closing multi-million dollar deals

- Background in consulting firms or system integrators
