Internship Goal and Responsibilities
This internship will provide hands-on experience in understanding the unique needs of our customers, enhancing brand loyalty, and executing marketing strategies that support Volkswagen's continued excellence in aftersales services.
You will:
- Assist in planning and executing strategies to engage and increase customer retention for service offerings, such as special offers, seasonal maintenance reminders, and loyalty programs.
- Understand customer feedback, identify service improvement areas, and to ensure and develop the right plans for the expansion of the Aftersales business.
- Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities within the automotive aftersales sector. Provide insights and identify new business opportunities.
- Help develop strategies to enhance the visibility and sales of the aftersales shop, including parts, accessories, and services. Support the optimization of Volkswagen's online presence to boost e-commerce and online customer engagement.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring business leads throughout the customer journey, from initial inquiry to conversion. Help analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide reports on lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Assist with various Aftersales projects

Academic & professional qualifications:
- Current enrolment in the Bachelor's program
Work Experience:
- Previous experience or coursework related to project management or research work would be advantageous
- Existing additional internship experience before or during the university program would be beneficial

The ideal duration for this internship is 6 months, with a minimum requirement of 4 months. Please specify your availability and the duration you can commit to for this internship.
