Role
We are looking for an Intern to join our category team. This role is focused on the day-to-day management of service professionals on our platform — ensuring they are well-onboarded, consistently active, and delivering high-quality services to customers. You will report to the Category Manager and are expected to take strong ownership of operational work while contributing to structured problem-solving on the ground.
Job Responsibilities
· Day-to-day management of service professionals — onboarding, activation and retention
· Monitoring service professional availability and flagging supply gaps proactively
· Conducting regular check-ins and relationship management with service professionals, including Chinese-speaking partners
· Coordinating training sessions, assessments and quality audits for the team
· Synthesising operational data and sharing actionable insights with the category team
· Liaising with internal teams (operations, training, quality) and external stakeholders to resolve partner-side issues
· Supporting strategy side category growth initiatives as needed
The Perfect Profile
· Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) — written and spoken — is required
· Comfortable with and interested in process-driven operational work
· Strong ownership and follow-through
· Ability to work at a fast paced environment
· Good communicator — comfortable engaging directly with service professionals on the ground
· Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data to spot trends and anomalies
