This role supports multiple business initiatives across
Acquisition and
Relationship Management, with exposure to different projects depending on business needs. The role holder may work on one or more projects simultaneously and will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive growth, operational excellence, and service quality.

Relationship Management based on their strengths and interests, and will not rotate between both teams.

Job Description
- Acquisition (Project-based)
- Support partner outreach, lead generation, and onboarding activities
- Assist in contract review, system setup, and preparation of training materials for partners
- Monitor deployment progress and perform basic operational troubleshooting
- Track and report on partner activity, performance, and billing
- Relationship Management (Project-based)
- Support ongoing communication with partners and service points to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with project coordination, process improvements, and performance tracking
- Conduct basic analysis, surveys, or reporting to understand partner and user needs
- Prepare materials for pitches, presentations, and internal updates
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SQL is an advantage
- Able to communicate ideas and plans with stakeholders clearly and concisely
- Full-time interns preferred (36 months)
