Support projects covering Customer Experience, Seller Operations and Risk. Excellent opportunity to gain first hand insights into e-commerce operations specifically in areas such as logistic fulfilment, return & refund processes etc
Assist in conducting market research and analysis to support the development and implementation of key initiatives
Review and automate data collection and aggregation processes to build dashboards for management reporting
Support data investigation by reviewing and tidying raw data to derive meaningful insights to support operational excellence
Collaborate with other functional teams to drive business insights and improvements
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
Passionate about technology and business. E-commerce experience or interest preferred, but not a prerequisite
Comfortable working with large amounts of data
Strong in Microsoft Excel
Familiar with at least one programming/scripting language, preferably Python and SQL
Experience in data analysis and data collection preferred
Full time interns preferred (3-6 months). Part time interns available at least 4 days a week are welcome to apply
