Get a behind-the-scenes look at how companies grow! As a Business Development (BD) Intern, you'll support the rollout of EASE Jobs by engaging clients, generating leads, and gathering insights to improve the platform. This role is ideal for someone confident, curious, and keen to build business development skills.
What you will learn:
- How to identify and source potential clients
- Hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Client engagement skills, including understanding challenges and proposing solutions
Key responsibilities:
- Support client sourcing and onboarding for EASE Jobs
- Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients
- Research industry and competitor trends
- Gather and share client feedback to support platform improvements
What we're looking for:
- Confident communicator (spoken and written)
- Interest in business development or marketing
- Proactive, organised, and resourceful
- Strong follow-up skills and a positive team attitude
- Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
