Coordinate with stakeholders from other teams (Clusters, Marketing, Seller Ops, Logs, Seller Engagement) to run Commercial Program campaigns and initiative roll-outs
Assist in day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) operations to drive program outcomes such as the monthly refresh of seller incentive program hitlist, benefits dispensation and tracking and analysing program outcomes
Assist in competitor tracking and analysis
Manage seller communications through the development and execution of program communication materials including internal and external program information decks, training guides, and FAQs
Assist in seller engagement initiatives such as webinars to drive program awareness and adoption
Requirement
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any related industry
Analytical and comfortable working with data; proficient in Microsoft Excel
Fast learner, meticulous, and hands-on executer with a positive attitude
Works well in a dynamic environment
Excellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationships
Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
