About the Role

Join us as a Business Development Intern and gain rare, first-hand exposure to high-level decision making. You'll shadow our Group Managing Director and work closely with them, sitting in on real business meetings, negotiations, and partnership discussions. This role offers direct mentorship, valuable learning opportunities, and an inside look at how strategic growth happens in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for strategic improvement or mitigation of business interruption in response to regulatory or industry-specific change initiatives.

• Recommend and implement methods to monitor, evaluate, and enhance BD initiatives.

• Prepare meetings agendas and coordinate logistics such as scheduling, venue setup, and catering for BD activities.

• Record, transcribe, and distribute formal minutes for BD meetings.

• Conduct research and prepare reports to support strategic business decisions and executive presentations.

Skill Requirements:

• Self-motivated, proactive, and committed.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Other Requirements:

• Open to current university students from any degree background, including Business, Marketing, Engineering, or IT-related fields.

• Full-time interns available for any period in 2026, with flexible internship duration.
