Responsibilities:
As a Business Development Intern, you will play an important role in supporting the company's growth initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Business Development Support:
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Support outreach efforts to prospective clients, property agents, and business partners.
- Conduct competitor and market research within the mortgage and property financing industry.
2. ClientEngagement & Relationship Management:
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and maintain positive client relationships.
- Follow up with leads and assist in maintaining the company's CRM database.
- Develop an understanding of customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
3. Marketing & Brand Development:
- Support initiatives to strengthen brand awareness and online visibility.
- Contribute creative ideas for business and growth strategies.
4. Administrative & Operational Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents when required.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling and communications.
