Business Development & Integration
- Support evaluation and execution of new business opportunities (whitespace channels, partnerships, or new product development).
- Participate in end-to-end integration planning and execution for partnerships and strategic projects.
- Work cross-functionally with finance, operations, IT, supply chain, HR, and commercial teams to ensure smooth alignment.
- Assist in building integration frameworks, playbooks, and governance processes.
- Develop basic business cases, financial models, and integration KPIs to track progress.
Master Data Exposure
- Learn and support the role of Master Data Process Owner.
- Assist in designing and documenting data governance standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Partner with IT/MDM teams to streamline workflows and approvals.
- Track Master Data KPIs and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in training sessions to build organizational capability under the one company, one system, one way of working approach.
Leadership Development
- Take part in structured training modules covering strategy, data management, project management, and leadership.
- Engage in change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Receive mentoring and feedback to accelerate career growth.
