Job Summary
You will manage centre operations, coordinate classes, and engage with parents and students to ensure smooth service delivery. You will also contribute to strategic planning for centre growth and online class expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive student enrolment growth through lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion strategies.
- Build partnerships with schools, corporates, community groups, and referral partners.
- Pitch educational programmes, workshops, and training services to potential clients.
- Support marketing campaigns, events, open houses, and outreach activities to increase awareness.
- Manage enquiries from parents, students, and partners while maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and new growth opportunities.
- Track sales pipeline, enrolment targets, partnerships, and prepare performance reports.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relevant field.
- Experience in strategic planning processes
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
