Lead the expansion of the company's international business in Southeast Asia. Focus on cross-border payment, fund management services and other cutting-edge innovative products, and oversee the end-to-end business process from market research, business planning & design, product R&D & launch to market sales iteration.
Conduct in-depth research on Southeast Asian markets, including but not limited to analysis of overall market environment, upstream & downstream industries, competitors development dynamics & operation models, as well as emerging business models and new technologies in segmented sectors.
Have a thorough grasp of the company's business scope and capabilities, identify business cooperation opportunities with local Southeast Asian platforms and B2B businesses, and support the frontline team to achieve GMV and revenue targets.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of working experience
Prior experience in a leading international payment company OR a bank
Strong interest in payment, cross-border e-commerce and international trade; high sensitivity to product, technology and business model innovation
Preferred: Overseas work experience in Southeast Asia
Experience in communicating with international teams across countries, cultures and job functions; English as working language
Willing to be based in Singapore
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant experience in Fin-Tech, internet, e-commerce, or import & export trade
Proficiency in a second foreign language (in addition to English)
