Explore/Initiate business opportunities and execute projects with over 30 partners
Analyze business opportunities to see what's best and suitable for Sea group companies
Initiate win-win collaborations with partners to strengthen growth
Conduct a feasibility model and estimate revenue/cost implication
Reach banks to study on industry landscape for our internal purpose
Overall PMO for bank/wallet infra-related features
Prepare legal documents e.g. application forms, contracts, NDA, MOU
Cost Negotiation
Negotiate pricing with partners to achieve cost optimization plan
Arrange quarterly meetings with key partners for cost negotiation pushing purpose
Relationship Management
Build and maintain a great relationship with both banks and non-bank partners
Set quarterly performance updates with key partners to raise issues, track updates of the projects
Contact closely with partners to ensure service coverage and stability
Seek Collaborative Marketing budgets
Secure marketing funding from partners for both ShopeePay and ShopeeFood
Design various marketing packages and pitch to partners
Negotiate, prepare, and execute the deals with partners
D-Day preparation
Confirm D-Day service details and capacity with Partners
Reach banks to investigate and fix the issue immediately after the issue incurred
Ad-hoc and regulatory tasks
New initiatives as requested
Work with both internal and external partners to provide info for BOT reports

Requirements:

Requirements:
Work experience At least 1 year of working experience in BD role or coordinating role with client/external parties
Skills Microsoft office Strong stakeholder management skills
Good communication skills
Ability to think systematically
Education Complete a bachelor's degree in business, economics, commerce, marketing or a related field
Personal qualities and attributes - Eager to learn and Growth Mindset
Can-do attitude, open to new challenges
Keen to know about financial services Team player
Languages - Proficient in Thai and English
