Job Description

  • Opportunity Management
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate lead generation activities and develop customized, targeted sales strategies.
  • Client Relationship Building
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and deliver ongoing support.
  • Respond to client inquiries, proposals and follow-up questions with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Collaboration & Account Growth
  • Partner with management to secure, retain, and expand accounts.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, goal setting, and forecasting for sustainable growth.
  • Sales Presentations & Events
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations for client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Represent the company effectively in external engagements to build brand credibility.
  • Database & Pipeline Management
  • Develop and maintain prospect databases using Synergix ERP, Excel, and other tools.
  • Track and manage all sales administration activities within Synergix ERP.
  • Sales Execution
  • Conduct cold calling and multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for calls, appointments, interviews, and annual sales targets.
  • Business Development Planning
  • Maintain short- and long-term business development plans aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Continuously monitor pipeline health and adjust strategies to achieve the company goals.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Synergix ERP) and MS Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets.
  • Proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Skilled in developing customized sales strategies and delivering client-focused solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building ability with both current and prospective clients.
  • Resilient in cold calling and outbound sales activities, with consistent quota achievement.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to dynamic business environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining prospect databases and pipelines.
