We're looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team! Reporting to the General Manager, Business Development, you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, driving growth, and helping take our business to the next level.

What You'll Do
. Analyse data, market trends, and survey findings to support business insights.
. Track performance and maximise returns from existing contracts.
. Collate and analyse financial or operational data to assess profitability.
. Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations for management.
. Attend client meetings, pitches, and presentations with the Business Development team.
. Build strong relationships with customers and partners to grow sales opportunities.
. Identify, approach, and secure new business accounts.
. Develop and present creative sales and marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
. A degree in any discipline.
. Preferably some working experience in business development, sales, or marketing (fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply).
. Independent, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
. A creative thinker who's not afraid to challenge the norm and share new ideas.
. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
. Excellent communication skills - able to write, present, and engage confidently.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
. A great team player with a positive, can-do attitude
