Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Business Consultant to drive

business process digitalisation, build scalable lead-to-sales systems, and

strengthen measurable B2B growth locally and overseas. This role supports

management with strategy, implementation, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digitalisation & Process Improvement
  • Map current workflows across sales, customer response, and internal coordination
  • Identify quick wins and long-term transformation opportunities
  • Design SOPs and scalable operating processes
  • Data & Analytics
  • Implement measurement frameworks and dashboards for sales/marketing performance
  • Build analytics systems (e.g., BigQuery-based reporting layer) to enable data-driven optimisation
  • Track funnel KPIs
  • Automation & Systems
  • Build automation workflows to reduce manual admin load (lead capture, follow-ups, status updates)
  • Improve speed and consistency of customer response and internal handoffs
  • Maintain system reliability and documentation (handover-ready)
  • Digital Growth Support
  • Strengthen web conversion journeys and lead capture
  • Support segmentation, positioning, and outbound/inbound initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders/vendors(if any) for execution

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (consulting, growth, ops digitalisation, automation, or similar)
  • Degree in Business/Analytics/Computing (or equivalent)
  • Comfort with modern dev + automation tools,
  • Microsoft Office Tools
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to deliver end-to-end outcomes
  • English, Mandarin proficiency required
  • Startup/fast-changing environment experience preferred
