Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Transformation Business Consultant to drive
business process digitalisation, build scalable lead-to-sales systems, and
strengthen measurable B2B growth locally and overseas. This role supports
management with strategy, implementation, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Digitalisation & Process Improvement
- Map current workflows across sales, customer response, and internal coordination
- Identify quick wins and long-term transformation opportunities
- Design SOPs and scalable operating processes
- Data & Analytics
- Implement measurement frameworks and dashboards for sales/marketing performance
- Build analytics systems (e.g., BigQuery-based reporting layer) to enable data-driven optimisation
- Track funnel KPIs
- Automation & Systems
- Build automation workflows to reduce manual admin load (lead capture, follow-ups, status updates)
- Improve speed and consistency of customer response and internal handoffs
- Maintain system reliability and documentation (handover-ready)
- Digital Growth Support
- Strengthen web conversion journeys and lead capture
- Support segmentation, positioning, and outbound/inbound initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders/vendors(if any) for execution
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (consulting, growth, ops digitalisation, automation, or similar)
- Degree in Business/Analytics/Computing (or equivalent)
- Comfort with modern dev + automation tools,
- Microsoft Office Tools
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to deliver end-to-end outcomes
- English, Mandarin proficiency required
- Startup/fast-changing environment experience preferred
