Business Development Executive

Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to support our sales growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and driving pipeline activity through strategic outreach and research.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and email
• Research accounts and identify key stakeholders
• Qualify and hand over leads to the sales team
• Track lead activities and pipeline updates in CRM
• Support sales campaign efforts and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field
• Prior experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer engagement
• Strong interpersonal skills and sales-driven attitude
