Sales Executive - Waste Management

- Working Hours: Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm
- Monthly Salary: Base up to $4500 + Commission + Allowance + Variable Bonus (VB)
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent Contract

Responsibility
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Generate qualified sales leads and cultivate strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain indepth knowledge of the waste management industry, including products and services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and drive business growth.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and longterm retention.
- Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to expand networks and create new leads.
Requirement
- Minimum 2 year of experience in waste management sales or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own transport for work related travel
- Strong knowledge of the waste management industry and its products and services.
- Strong communication abilities with effective negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Open to business travel as needed to support company operations
- Candidate who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
