We are looking for a lean, agile and energetic team of performance driven Business Development Executives to join us.
You will play an important role in generating constant revenue growth through your daily activities in engaging with relevant stakeholders of various industries who require our expertise. You will acquire new skills & knowledge through the many in-house and external trainings that the company will provide. As a Business Development Executive in Verminator, you will need to have a growth mindset and will be given the opportunities to shine and be the best that you can be.
Job Scope
- Formulate business development and sales strategies
- Conducting Sales and Community Outreach visits to target audiences
- Conducting competitor and market research
- Generate and grow new leads
- Build rapport and existing and prospective clients
- Preparation of proposals for New Businesses and Tenders/ITQs
- Achieve sales targets
Job Highlights
- Basic Salary between $2,500 to $3,000
- Commission between 5% to 8%
- Car with Petrol, Parking, ERP charges provided
Skills & Qualifications
- Min 1 Year B2B and B2C Sales Experience in any previous industries
- Class 3 driving license
- Pest management experience not necessary but preferred
- Internal and external training will be provided to equip you with the relevant technical skills and knowledge.
- Well-groomed
- Out-going & Sincere personality
- Passion in offering targeted solutions in combating threats of vector related diseases in our urban landscape
- Ownership mindset and an eagerness to perform
- Flair for communication and presentation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Min educational qualification - NITEC
Salary will commensurate with experience.
