Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities in Indonesia coordinating business generation activities developing customized targeted sales strategies

  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients

  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions responding to client requests for proposals

  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts

  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients maintaining a database of prospective client information

  • Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration

  • Collaborating with sales director on sales goals, planning, and forecasting maintaining short- and long-term business development plans

  • Travel to customer sites and tradeshows to promote company's products and services

  • Attend monthly sales meeting and update latest development in Indonesia in PPT

  • Collect vehicle population

    Job Requirements:

    • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

    • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant sales or business development experience (automotive preferred).

    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

    • Passionate about automotive

    • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and comfortable with startup-style fast execution.

    • Ability to work independently and travel occasionally for project rollouts.

    • Monthly travel from Singapore to Indonesia for business development purpose


    Preferred Attributes

    • Ability to speak Bahasa Indonesia is a plus due to liaison with Indonesia customers
