Job Summary

Support the Sales Manager in expanding precision tooling sales by cultivating strong customer relationships globally and securing new accounts through targeted market development and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and strengthen customer relationships by proactively following up on enquiries and delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Communicate weekly updates on customer status and sales prospects to the Sales Manager to inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and acquire new customer accounts within assigned market segments to drive sales growth
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM database
  • Travel overseas as required to build and nurture customer relationships and secure new sales opportunities

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in key account sales management, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing sectors
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings to support customer engagement and sales processes
  • Willingness to travel internationally for work assignments
