6 Days work week (Including Saturday and Sunday, 1 weekday off)
Working Hours: 6am-10pm with breaks in between.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and sourcing new business opportunity.
- To achieve contact and collaborations with the different stakeholders in the tourism sector (example tour agencies, tour guides, hotels, companies.
- Generate revenue among the contacts in the extensive networking, including through upselling and cross-selling to the different contacts in your networks.
- Planning and arranging contracts for the collaboration partners.
- Work with BD Sales team to plan and execute tactical campaigns to drive attraction and retail tourism sales.
- Work closely with inbound agents to receive daily schedules and monitor driver movement.
- Work with team to update weekly, monthly sales reports and assist with annual report preparation.
- Work closely with STB & In-market agents for business development
Requirements
- Bachelor in Tourism Management or in Business relevant fields
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Experience in Business Development/Planning, sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
