The Business Development Executive focuses on expanding Tomorrow Grp's market presence through partnerships, strategic accounts, and new growth channels. This role is strategic in nature and supports long term business expansion rather than short term sales only.
. Identify and develop new business opportunities for consultancy services
. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and collaborators
. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and emerging client needs
. Initiate and manage discussions with potential partners or enterprise clients
. Support management in structuring proposals, collaboration models, and pricing strategies
. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions
. Track business development pipelines and report progress to management
. Coordinate internally with consultants, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment
. Contribute ideas to improve service positioning and go to market strategies
. Diploma or Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related fields
. Minimum 2 years experience in business development, partnerships, or consultancy related roles
. Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
. Strategic thinking with commercial awareness
. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and decision makers
. Singaporean or PR due to role scope and local business engagement
