Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with business owners and HR decision-makers, understand their challenges, and position TBuzz's solutions in job redesign, workforce transformation, and manpower grants to create long-term value for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect SMEs and corporate clients for TBuzz's job redesign and manpower grant advisory services.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
- Conduct business needs analysis to uncover workforce challenges and align them with suitable grant-supported solutions.
- Present tailored consulting and manpower solutions that help clients optimize their workforce and tap into available government funding.
- Work closely with internal consultants to ensure smooth delivery of advisory and grant application support.
- Stay updated on manpower grants, job redesign initiatives, and workforce transformation trends to provide credible advice to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of TBuzz's client base.
Requirements
- Ideally 1-3 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in HR, consulting, training, or professional services. (Training will be provided for candidates with no prior experience)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Consultative sales mindset with a passion for helping businesses and employees grow.
- Results-driven, resilient, and comfortable with targets.
