Compensation Package: Base Salary + Transport Allowance + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate offices, hotels, shopping malls, retail outlets, hospitals, schools, and industrial sites
Promote and sell hygiene and washroom services contracts
Conduct site visits to assess client washroom requirements
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and upselling
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in facility services, hygiene, cleaning services, or related fields
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to generate leads and close deals
Valid driver's license (if required for site visits)
Basic computer skills (MS Office)
