Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help grow our auto insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, increasing sales opportunities, and expanding the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Promote auto insurance products and services to potential customers
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Follow up on customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to improve business performance
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, or business development is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems
