Business Development Executive (Spa)

Role Overview

• Support the growth of the spa's business
• Assist in finding new clients and partnerships
• Help promote spa services and packages

Key Responsibilities

• Promote spa services, packages, and memberships
• Work with marketing and operations team on promotions
• Track leads and update basic sales reports

Requirements

• Degree in business, marketing or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in spa, wellness, beauty, or luxury services is preferred
• Basic sales and customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin speaking ability is an advantage
• Organised and detail-oriented
