Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to grow EcoSmart's customer base by identifying new business opportunities and driving adoption of smart metering and utility management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional sectors to expand market reach
- Promote EcoSmart's smart water meters, electrical meters, prepaid metering systems, and utility monitoring platforms to targeted customers
- Build and maintain professional relationships with property owners, facility managers, MCSTs, managing agents, consultants, contractors, and developers to support sales growth
- Conduct site visits and deliver product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on solution benefits and features
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender submissions tailored to customer requirements
- Follow up on sales leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure of deals
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to coordinate smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by executing effective sales strategies and closing deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales approaches and product positioning
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 1-3 years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience in building services, M&E, utilities, energy management, facility management, or IoT smart technology solutions is advantageous
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills demonstrated through successful sales engagements
- Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-oriented approach to managing sales activities
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is advantageous but not mandatory

Remuneration
- Basic Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 5,000 (depending on experience)
