We are hiring a Business Development resource for IT Services/Staff Augmentation.
Job Title: Business Development Executive (Singapore) for IT Services/Staff augmentation/IT Solution like IBM/HCL
Location: Singapore
Experience: 2-5Years
Salary: $4500-5000
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development by engaging with clients and building a strong sales pipeline
- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and convert opportunities into successful deals
- Manage end-to-end sales lifecycle, including proposals, SOW preparation, and invoicing as per internal processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare delivery teams aligned with client requirements
- Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to clients
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and reduce manual effort across sales and operational activities
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication throughout the engagement
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field from reputed universities (e.g., NUS, SMU, NTU or equivalent)
- 2-5 years of prior experience in sales or business development
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Proven experience in creating business proposals, SOWs, and managing sales processes
- Excellent presentation and PowerPoint (PPT) design skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and macros)
- Exposure to using AI tools to enhance efficiency and automate tasks
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in IT services or consulting environment
- Understanding of project delivery and staffing models
