Job Description

Business Development Executive (Sales & Marketing)

  • Sourcing for new F&B companies
  • Identify company intentions after meeting
  • Provide clear pipeline/forecast/projection for weekly meeting
  • Provide timely updates of partners/applicants/trainees - daily if needed
  • Collect market data during appointment - e.g. salary range, type of hiring/training required, technology F&B are using etc. for team discussion
  • Arranging and setting up of appointments
  • Matching of applicants to CCP companies
  • Interview schedule and arrangement
  • Documentation for confirming companies and selected trainees - for CBD programme
  • Checking of required documents after companies/trainees have been confirm - must be aligned and compliance
  • Provide marketing ideas for the current programme


  • Minimum O Level with good communication skills
  • No experience required
  • Eyes for details are important in this position
  • Good time management and a positive mindset
  • Familiar with using different systems, e.g. Training Partner Gateway, Learning management system etc
  • Must be a team player and willing to learn attitude

Working hours: 40 hours/week

Training provided + Further education

Basic salary with incentive
