We are seeking a Business Development Executive to assist the sales team in driving leads, client engagement, and supporting business growth.
What you will do:
Identify and generate new sales leads to drive revenue growth
Conduct market research, prospecting, and cold calling to engage potential clients
Prepare proposals, sales quotations, and tenders, and support sales presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships and support contract renewals
Maintain sales pipeline, reports, and assist with forecasts
Support the team in achieving sales targets and marketing initiatives
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
At least 2 years of sales or business development experience (contact centre experience preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Good negotiation and presentation skills
Organized, resourceful, and able to manage time effectively
Knowledge of sales processes, business development, and marketing principles
Comfortable with cold calling and client engagement
