Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit potential clients and understand their requirements.
  • Prepare quotation as per their requirements
  • Will be responsible for arrangement of project sites.
  • Liaise with client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, worker.
  • To undertake any other ad hoc assignments or projects as assigned from time to time.

Educational Level

  • Diploma holders with relevant experience in construction sector.
  • Safety Certificates ( Safety Supervisor, Work At Height Manager, etc)
  • Motorbike Driving License is required.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Sector.
  • Experience in the Painting, Waterproofing or Epoxy Flooring will be advantageous.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Tamil/Chinese/Burmese will be advantageous

Skills

  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in AUTOCAD application
  • Other Attributes (relevant to the job):
  • Able to multitask, meticulous and highly organised
  • Excellent communication and people engagement skills
  • Proactive, strong team player and able to work independently
