We are expanding and looking for a dedicated, organised, and motivated Business development Executive/ Sales Executive to join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth running of our daily operations.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive / Sales Executive who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping the company grow.

In this role, you will be a key contributor to expanding our client base and strengthening our market presence across multiple business divisions. You will engage with prospects, understand their needs, and present solutions that add value. You will work closely with management and internal teams to ensure seamless execution - from initial outreach to closing deals and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and high-end professional channels.
  • Promote and sell the company's full suite of corporate services, including: company incorporation, corporate secretarial services, compliance, accounting, tax, employment passes, substance packages, and business advisory solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and follow-ups to understand business needs and propose suitable service packages.
  • Proactively acquire premium clientele, including HNW individuals, global entrepreneurs, investors, and businesses seeking international structuring or family office support.
  • Build a strong pipeline of high-quality leads and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Increase client lifetime value and ensure clients benefit from RSBU's one-stop solution model.

Lead Qualification & Sales Cycle Management

  • Qualify leads to ensure they meet RSBU's ideal client profile and service standards.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing and handover to operational teams.
  • Conduct needs analysis and propose tailored solutions for incorporation, visas, substance, and compliance.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to maximise conversion rates.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, intermediaries, and referral networks.
  • Act as the primary contact for client inquiries and assist with understanding regulatory requirements.
  • Provide a premium customer experience aligned with our brand standards.
  • Support clients through onboarding and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, sales campaigns, and strategic planning for business expansion.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, service improvement opportunities, and product development.

Documentation & Compliance Coordination

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, and sales documentation.
  • Ensure accurate input of client information and sales activities into CRM systems.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on pipeline, performance, and KPIs.
  • Adhere to PDPA requirements and internal compliance standards.
  • Support the compliance process by gathering required documents for KYC/AML checks.

Key Requirements

Professional Qualification

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Law, Finance, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Preferably 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, corporate services, legal, or related professional services.

Skills and Competencies

  • Familiarity with corporate governance, company incorporation processes, compliance, or relevant corporate frameworks is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work independently.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and professional, with a strong service-oriented mindset and commercial awareness.
  • Confidence interacting with CEOs, founders, investors, and high-net-worth clients.
