Roles and Responsibilities
- Discover and secure industrial scraps containing precious metals such as Gold & Silver within the vibrant market of Singapore.
- Drive profitable decisions by evaluating purchases with a keen eye for cost efficiency.
- Craft compelling proposals for customers, leveraging our unique calculation methods for precious metals.
- Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring industry trends and conducting competitor analysis to understand the pulse of the market.
- Identify opportunities for improvement or differentiation in our services, and spot potential business opportunities and threats.
- Foster enduring customer relationships to grow existing accounts.
- Ensure smooth transactions by documenting and monitoring all trade deals, guaranteeing prompt delivery of metals and timely payment collection.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to boost brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Nurture new customer relationships to unlock fresh business opportunities.
- Maintain an organized workflow by updating our CRM system with supplier and business lead information, as well as follow-up statuses.
- Keep the team informed by providing regular reports and updates to the Business Development Group Chat and CRM System on activities, targets, and performance.
Requiement
- Min 2 year Sales Experience
- Min Dlploma
