Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients, supporting their recruitment and workforce needs.
  • Handle the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source and engage suitable candidates through job portals, networking platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and assessments to evaluate suitability for available opportunities.
  • Match qualified candidates to suitable positions and present recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Coordinate interview arrangements and maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Prepare employment documentation and support onboarding activities while ensuring compliance with relevant employment regulations.
  • Resolve day-to-day recruitment and operational matters efficiently to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Participate in team meetings, market updates, and business development initiatives to contribute to overall team success.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for building professional relationships.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior recruitment, sales, customer service, or business development experience is advantageous but not required, as comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
