Looking for motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager. You'll be responsible for acquiring new corporate and enterprise clients to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and a knack for problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and acquire new corporate clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Develop and present tailored solutions to potential clients
- Lead the negotiation of new contracts, including a focus on negotiating business terms and commercial rates
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and secure repeat business.
- Partner with stakeholders from regional offices for large enterprise clients.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to the sales process, including updating the CRM, preparing proposals, and drafting contracts.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to senior management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, with a strong track record of success in solution sales or consultative selling.
- Experience in technology, banking, or HR solution sales will have an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Strong negotiation skills, with a proven ability to close deals and secure new business, particularly in negotiating contract terms and commercial rates.
- You should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
