About the role
We're a Singapore distribution company (est. 1978) looking for someone to own and grow our B2B reseller channels for smart home, home living, and building material products. This is hands-on work - you'll manage existing reseller relationships, recruit new partners, and eventually lead new product launches into the market.
What you'll do
Take over our smart home reseller network - service existing partners, onboard new ones, and build the partner program. Once that's running, lead commercialisation of new brands we have lined up, waiting for someone to bring them to market.
What we're looking for
2-5 years in BD, channel sales, or trade marketing at a distributor or trading company - ideally in hardware, building materials, electronics, or similar. You've launched a product or built a channel before, not just managed an existing book. Comfortable doing pricing, dealer visits, training, and proposals. Self-directed.
