We are looking for a proactive and communicative Business Development Executiveto support our sales efforts and assist in growing the business. In this role, you will assist in organizing client information, coordinating internal activities, and ensuring a smooth flow of communication between clients and the BD team. You will play a key part in the back-end support that enables the team to execute strategies and drive business growth. Responsibilities:
. Maintain and update client databases, contact lists, and sales records.
. Assist with follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and coordination for business development activities.
. Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and client meetings.
. Conduct basic market research and compile relevant industry and competitor data.
. Help plan and organize business development initiatives, including events or outreach efforts.
. Handle general administrative duties such as managing calendars, filing, and email correspondence.
. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of client requests and proposals.
. Help maintain positive relationships with clients by ensuring timely responses and support.
Requirements:
. Diploma or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
. 1+ years of experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome to apply and be considered).
. Able to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
. Strong communication and coordination skills
. Proficient in office software and basic data handling
. A team player with a willingness to learn
