Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Business Development Executive, where you'll leverage your skills to drive sales growth and foster client relationships in an exciting environment.

Responsibilities

  1. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to the sales team, aiding strategic decision-making.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and proactive sales efforts, including cold calling and canvassing.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  4. Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet established targets, incorporating customer feedback into sales promotions.
  5. Conduct product demonstrations and participate in events such as roadshows and trade shows to showcase offerings effectively.
  6. Achieve monthly sales goals consistently while utilizing Microsoft Office for reporting and data analysis.
  7. Organize and plan daily sales activities to ensure deadlines and targets are met.

Requirements

  1. Relevant experience and knowledge in using gardening or agricultural tools and machinery.
  2. Demonstrated experience with Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) products, including chainsaws, brush cutters, hedge trimmers, and related accessories.
  3. Familiarity with environments such as public greenery maintenance, landscaping companies, golf course maintenance, and agricultural fields.
  4. Strong sales initiative and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  5. Excellent negotiation skills and a solid understanding of effective sales techniques.
  6. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
