Job description:
- Create, manage and maintain an up-to-date customer list
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leader for various surgical segments
- Identify and develop B2C or B2B collaborations that strengthens depth in identified surgical
segments
- Sales contract review and management
- Assist in the coordination of regional or global meetings
- Plan and execute new product evaluation and introduction to the market
- Monitor and grow revenue at user level and surgical segment level
- Monitor profit / loss of specific surgical segment
- Support Quality Management System in the areas of customer feedback, complaints,
- Adverse Events, customer training and education, and any other relevant areas as determined by Quality Management Representative.

- Strong business acumen
- Good problem-solver
- Understanding of regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyse market trends, competitors, and unique selling proposition.
